Dollar Days supported by Courier Communications Third Thursday of every month Special Admission: $1.00/person Special Hours: 10:00am - 8:00pm Please Note - The Phelps Youth Pavilion endorses a strict safety policy where one adult is required for every 6 children, and all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. - All adults must also be accompanied by a child. - No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay.
