The Big Ticket

Please Note
- The Phelps Youth Pavilion endorses a strict safety policy where one adult is required for every 6 children, and all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.  All adults must also be accompanied by a child.

- No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay.  Contact the Waterloo Center for the Arts at (319) 291-4490 for financial assistance.

- Key Card holders may receive ½ off admission and membership packages. Registrants must present their Key Card when signing up. To inquire about eligibility, call Operation Threshold at (319) 235-6243.
