The Phelps Youth Pavilion is turning TWO! 

Celebrate the Phelps Youth Pavilion's second Birthday on Saturday, April 3 from 10:00 to 5:00.  Admission is only $2!!!  
Special activities going on all day including celebrity story readers:  
11:00am - Waterloo Mayor Buck Clark
2:00pm - Author Jeffrey Ferguson will read his book, "That's What Gentlemen Do"
4:00pm- KWWL's Sunny Layne

At 1:00pm the Youth Pavilion's mascot, Art the Paintbrush Kid, will blow out the candles on the birthday cake.  Help Art blow out the candles and have a piece of cake.  No pre-registration required.
